Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or admissions form we collect your name, email address, phone number, location, current role and anything you choose to write in the message field. If you enrol, we additionally hold billing details processed by our payment provider and the coursework you submit during the program.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, share the syllabus and fee sheet, administer your enrolment, deliver the program, and contact you about cohort logistics. With your consent we may also send occasional updates about upcoming cohorts. You can opt out of those at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying to any message.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not publish learner details, employers or outcomes without explicit written permission.

Who processes your data

We use third-party providers for email delivery, payment processing, video conferencing and website analytics. Each processes data only as needed to provide that service. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Enrolment and financial records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of enquiry data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to enterprise@aitestingmastery.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework and applicable US state privacy laws.

The site uses essential cookies for basic operation and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any content.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for enrolled learners, notify you by email.
